NOTE – Cutoff for online registration and payment is Wed, April 2 at 6pm.
We cannot guarantee that there will be tables available if you just show up the day of the event without making prior arrangements. Please register before the cut off..
Our 2025 registration is now OPEN! We encourage you to register as soon as possible as tables typically sell out fast. Please click the links below, in red, for an introduction letter and a couple of options for registering.

Your table(s) is/are not confirmed until payment is made. The only method of payment is an etransfer that can be sent to treasurer@ve3osh.com. Please comment that it is for a Hamfest table. If you do not have etransfer capabilities please contact Ken VE3RMK above.
On the day of the event you can expect the following:
- Vendor loading doors will open at around 7:30am
- Vendor logistics staff on-site at 6:30am
- Vendors will be issued a wrist band when you arrive. You must be wearing it to access the facility.
- First come, first served for unloading into the venue
- Complimentary coffee
